プライバシーポリシー
1. 取得する情報とアクセス許可
C-1440 (以下「本アプリ」) は、以下の目的のために端末の機能へのアクセス許可を求めます:
- マイク — 音声クリップの録音に使用。録音された音声は端末内にのみ保存されます
- 音声認識 — 録音した音声の文字起こしに使用。文字起こしはすべて端末上 (オンデバイス) で処理され、音声・テキストが外部へ送信されることはありません
- 写真ライブラリ — その日のカバー写真の選択 (読み取り)、および書き出した動画のカメラロールへの保存 (追加) に使用
- 通知 — テープの完成をお知らせするローカル通知に使用。通知はすべて端末内で生成されます
Apple Watch 版をお使いの場合、Watch で録音した音声はペアリングされた iPhone へデバイス間で直接転送されます。この転送に外部サーバーは介在しません。
2. データの保存場所
録音した音声・文字起こし・写真・ラベルなど、本アプリで扱うすべてのデータはお使いの端末の中にのみ保存されます。開発者を含む第三者が、これらのデータにアクセスすることはありません。
3. 通信
本アプリは、外部サーバーとの通信を行いません。
4. クッキー・トラッキング
本アプリ内ではクッキー・トラッキング・解析ツール (Google Analytics 等) を一切使用していません。
5. 第三者提供
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を取得しないため、第三者に提供することもありません。
利用規約
1. ライセンス
本アプリは、App Store の規約に基づいてライセンスされます。アプリ本体の再配布・転売・貸与はできません。
2. 録音・書き出したデータの権利
本アプリを使って録音・書き出した音声および動画は、すべてユーザーに帰属します。個人利用・商用利用を問わず自由に使用できます。開発者はこれらに対する権利を主張しません。
ただし、本アプリに収録されている効果音素材 (クリップ間の継ぎ目素材など) そのものを抽出し、単体で再配布・販売することはできません。
3. 免責事項
本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。ご利用にあたって発生した損害について、開発者は責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。
録音データは端末内にのみ保存されるため、端末の故障・紛失・アプリの削除などによりデータが失われる可能性があります。大切な録音は書き出し機能でバックアップすることをおすすめします。
4. 録音マナー
第三者の会話や声を、その同意なく録音しないでください。録音にあたっては、お住まいの地域の法令およびマナーに従ってください。
5. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します:
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル
- 本アプリに収録された効果音素材の抽出・再配布・販売
- 本アプリを利用した違法行為
- 第三者のプライバシーを侵害する形での録音機能の利用
6. 規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。最新の規約は本ページに掲載されます。

Privacy Policy
1. Information We Access
C-1440 (the "App") requests access to the following device features for the purposes described below:
- Microphone — used to record voice clips. Recordings are stored on your device only
- Speech Recognition — used to transcribe your recordings. Transcription is processed entirely on your device; neither audio nor text is ever transmitted
- Photo Library — used to pick a cover photo for the day (read) and to save exported videos to your camera roll (add)
- Notifications — used for local notifications that tell you when a tape is complete. All notifications are generated on your device
If you use the Apple Watch app, audio recorded on the Watch is transferred directly to your paired iPhone. No external server is involved in this transfer.
2. Where Your Data Lives
All data handled by the App — recordings, transcripts, photos, and labels — is stored only on your device. No third party, including the developer, can access it.
3. Network Communication
The App does not communicate with any external server.
4. Cookies & Tracking
The App does not use cookies, tracking, or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) of any kind.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
The App does not collect any personal information, and therefore never shares any with third parties.
Terms of Use
1. License
The App is licensed under the terms of the App Store. Redistribution, resale, or lending of the App itself is not permitted.
2. Rights to Your Recordings and Exports
All audio and video recorded or exported using the App belongs to you. You may use it freely, for both personal and commercial purposes. The developer claims no rights to it.
However, the sound materials bundled in the App (such as transition sounds between clips) may not be extracted, redistributed, or sold on their own.
3. Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
Because recordings are stored only on your device, they may be lost if the device fails, is lost, or the App is deleted. We recommend backing up important recordings using the export feature.
4. Recording Etiquette
Do not record other people's conversations or voices without their consent. Always follow the laws and customs of your region when recording.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
- Extracting, redistributing, or selling the sound materials bundled in the App
- Using the App for any unlawful activity
- Using the recording features in a manner that violates the privacy of others
6. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated without notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
